Intake Assessment
Intake assessments are by appointment only. Parents/carers should ring the Harmony House centre that they are to attend and make a booking for intake. Parents/carers are asked to bring with them their Court Orders or agreements, Photo ID, drivers license, Medicare Card and DVO's/AVO's if they have them. Once both parties have completed the intake process and have been accepted into the program, dates and times can be discussed and booked for service to begin.
Acceptance
Acceptance is dependent on both parents/carers completing the intake assessment, being assessed as eligible and signing a service agreement which identifies rights and responsibilities for the duration of time in the service.
